Garrett Shadbolt Tops the Leaderboard in Cheyenne Again, Advances to Finals

Garrett Shadbolt is getting comfortable in the Wrangler Winner’s Circle. In performance six he won the round with an 86-point ride and did the same in the Semifinals Friday.

After his winning ride, Shadbolt said he approached his Semifinal ride the same as he did his first ride of the rodeo.

“As long as you’re hitting that neck, that is where the money is at.”

Shadbolt knows he is going up against the best in the world, and while they are competitors, they are all rooting for each other as well.

“We are always competing, but we are also hanging out and the camaraderie between all of us bareback riders is just great and I am excited for tomorrow.”

There are two performances remaining at Cheyenne Frontier Days, the second Semifinal on Saturday and the Finals on Sunday. Both are at 3 PM ET only on The Cowboy Channel and PRCA on Cowboy Channel+.
