Dona Kay Rule Wins Fort Worth Wild Card With one of the Fastest Times of the Rodeo

Dona Kay Rule picked the right time for her fastest run of the rodeo and one of the handful of sub 16.3 second runs we have seen at Dickies Arena so far.

She and Valor, a two-time AQHA Horse of the Year, raced to a time of 16.26 seconds to win the Wild Card on Wednesday and get a spot in the Semifinals.

“It felt really smooth, it was really exciting, it’s just great to run here in Fort Worth,” Rule said.

Rule will be joined in the Semis by Stephanie Fryar, who stopped the clock at 16.35 seconds in the Wild Card.
