Charly Crawford and Logan Medlin on the End of Their Roping Partnership and Charly’s Final NFR

Charly Crawford has qualified for the NFR nine times and is looking to win his first World Title. His goal was to make the NFR ten times and with his 2020 qualification, he has hit that goal. So what is next for Charly?

“When Jackie got pregnant it was a shock to both of us, we have been trying for three and a half years and it is not that we gave up, but you try not to get your hopes up. When She got pregnant that was my answer. Her career is fixing to take off... with two of us trying to do this, that is tough.”

Charly talked to his heeler, Logan Medlin and they both know it was his last shot at a world title.

Unfortunately, a gold buckle wasn’t in the cards for Charly, but he did get a go-round buckle. On night seven, they stopped the clock at 3.8 seconds to take the top spot on the leaderboard.

Winning Round 7 at his final NFR was emotional for Charly, who while trying not get choked up, first thanked God, then his family, and then, of course, partner Logan, saying, ""I couldn’t have done it with a better guy.”
