Cameron Cravens came out on top at the Greeley Stampede as he marked an 88.5 in the Short-Go bringing his aggregate score to a 174.5 on two head to take home the championship title.
Cravens was locked in at No. 2 in Round 1 with an 86-point ride to earn a Go-Round check of $3,403 and maintained the pace as he zeroed in on a win in the Finals on Beutler and Son Rodeo’s Trans Am.
The support from fellow bull riders aided in Cravens determination and elevated his confidence just before his ride in the Short Go.
“JB Mauney was standing behind me and said, ‘Bear Down and give it everything you’ve got,’ so I couldn’t let that man down and it brought fire to me,” Cravens said.
After placing in both rounds and claiming the No. 1 spot in the Average Cravens added $9,892 to his overall earnings in Greeley, Colorado.
