Caleb Berquist is a multifaceted athlete as he competes in three separate events including team roping, steer roping and tie-down roping and is currently leading the All-Around Standings for the Resistol Rookie Race.
Competing in three different events requires additional resources such as multiple horses, saddles and ropes which can significantly change the dynamic of traveling to and from rodeos and is something Berquist has had to adapt to throughout the season.
Berquist holds the title of College Nation Finals Reserve Champion Tie-Down Roper and continues work towards his goal of becoming the 2022 Resistol Rookie All-Around Champion as he will be competing in multiple events over the next three weeks including Fallon County, Big timber and the Pendleton Round-Up.
