Bull Rider JR Stratford Goes 90 to Win Red Bluff Round-Up

JR Stratford said he couldn’t sleep he was so excited to get on Big Stone Rodeo’s War Cry and the 19-year-old continues to be a giant killer in his young career.

On Sunday, he was marked 90 points to win the one-head rodeo and take home nearly $7,500.

“I was up early this morning ready for him,” Stratford said. “No better feeling (than a 90 point ride).....This is why we ride bulls.”

Stratford is No. 10 in the PRCA Bull Riding World Standings and has ridden 14-of-28 bulls for an average score of 85.57.
