It’s simple really! The San Antonio Rodeo is set up as a tournament style format that makes it easy for fans to follow all of the action and their favorite athletes as they advance. Here is how it works:

There are 14 performances. The rodeo starts with five brackets consisting of ten contestants in each bracket who perform twice back-to-back over two nights. The top four total money winners after two performances from each bracket in each event advance to one of two Semifinal Rounds. Then top five out of each Semifinal advance to the Finals. Wild card winners from the two Semifinals rounds also go head-to-head for a shot at the Finals. When the dust settles, those who have earned the most money throughout the three rounds will be crowned the San Antonio Rodeo Champions!
