Stetson Wright On His Decision To Chase The All-Around Title

Stetson Wright is known for his astounding talent in both saddle bronc and bull riding however, the choice to compete in both events didn’t always come easy.

Wright often went back and forth in his decision on whether he would pursue a career in bull riding or saddle bronc riding. This was until Rodeo Houston in 2020 when Wright recognized his talent in saddle bronc riding and knew he would excel in both and work for a chance at the All-Around Title.

Wright was consistently encouraged by his family to continue working towards his goals despite the ups and downs that accompany a career in professional rodeo.

Since 2019 Wright has won five total World Titles including three All-Around Titles as well as a Title in Saddle Bronc and Bull Riding.

Wright is currently sitting at No. 1 in the Bull Riding and No. 2 in Saddle Bronc Riding World Standings and is on course to qualify for his sixth National Finals Rodeo.
