Brothers JC Yeahquo and LJ Yeahquo made a tough steer at Rodeo Austin look easy when they not only stopped the clock at 4.2 seconds but took over the No. 1 spot in the go-round.
“I think we just tried to react to the cow. You know, Bobby Jo does such a good job of putting them together and bringing them and we’re just blessed to be in this spot and be able to be here, the Lord’s opening up a lot of doors for us to be able to do what we love,” JC said.
The two grew up roping together and that works in their favor as they know exactly what is to come when they back into the box.
They currently lead the rodeo while Andrew Ward and Buddy Hawkin’s 4.8 is second and Kaleb Driggers and Junior Noguiera’s 4.9 is third.
