The cowgirls in the WPRA Breakaway Roping World Standings are holding strong to their positions inside the Top 20.
Hali Williams, Shelby Boisjoli and Sarah Angelone continue to the lead in the Top 3, all with over $100,000 in total earnings.
No. 6 Joey Williams, $96,799
Joey Williams notched the No. 1 spot at the Pendleton Breakaway Roping as she turned in an aggregate time of 6.5 seconds to bring in a total of $8,763 in earnings. Williams is now sitting at No. 6 in the World Standings as she has likely locked up a third National Finals Breakaway Roping qualification.
No. 10 Jackie Crawford, $80,687
World Champion Jackie Crawford has moved into the tenth spot in the Standings as she finished out at No. 6 in the Average in Pendleton, securing a check for a total of $3,464. Although Crawford missed out on a trip to Vegas in 2022, the chance at a NFBR qualification is looking promising for the Texas cowgirl.
No. 12 Josie Conner, $74,763
Josie Conner is gunning for a second consecutive trip to Las Vegas as she jumps from No. 14 to No. 12 in the World Standings after securing the win at the Albuquerque Breakaway Roping with a 1.9-second run. Conner pulled a check for $2,139 just before cashing in at just over $5,000 at the Pendleton Breakaway Roping.
