Bareback riding has taken a back seat for Winn Ratliff this year but last night he was up in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
After taking time off after the 2020 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Old Fort Days was Ratliff’s come back rodeo. Last night he drew Flashcard Champ of Stace Smith Pro Rodeo but unfortunately did not get on the leaderboard.
