Westyn Hughes came back in Round 2 of his bracket at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo and not only better his time by two full seconds but win the round.
With the calf that Round 1 was won on, Hughes stopped the clock at 8.4 seconds to move on to the Semifinals.
“I really needed that. It’s been a slow winter so far and so hopefully we can get it turned around right from here on out and come back in the Semis,” he said.
We will see Hughes in the Semifinals along with Richard Newton while Tom Crouse is headed to the Wildcard.
