Although Wenda Johnson is on the bubble for making it back to Reno Rodeo’s Short Round this Saturday, she is sitting in the Top 3 of Round 2. With a time of 17.17, she shaved off over half a second from her Round 1 time.
“I love them both. They’re so unbelievably talented, they’re kind, they’re sweet. And it’s fun and when we accomplish something like this, a nice run tonight, it makes it all worth it,” Johnson said.
Johnson’s two main mounts are so similar when you are looking at them, big, fast bat horses. In Reno, she rode Mo to stop the clock and possibly come back on Saturday.
