WCRA’s Rodeo Corpus Christi: Results

The World Champions Rodeo Alliance paid out $553,000 over this past weekend at the Buccaneer Days Rodeo in Corpus Christi, Texas including $15,000 to first place. With this rodeo being a WCRA Major, there were multiple contestants with $1 million on the line and there were a couple upsets that reset the WCRA’s Triple Crown board.

In the breakaway, World Champion Jackie Crawford walked away with the win while Tacy Webb gave it her best shot to be one hundredth of a second short.

R.C. Landingham captured the title in the bareback riding after going head to head with Chad Rutherford and million dollar eligible contestant, Tim O’Connell.

Texas calf ropers Kincade Henry and Riley Webb are battling for multiple titles this year and this WCRA Major event was just one of the places we will see these two young guns compete. Henry got the win with a 7.44 second run.
