WATCH: Sage Kimzey after his 89-point ride at George Paul Memorial

Sage Kimzey had the second-highest score in the Long Round on Saturday night at the George Paul Memorial Xtreme Bull Riding thanks to an 89-point ride.

“It’s huge, the amount of money we can win here. You got great guys, great bulls. It’s good to be in Del Rio tonight,” Kimzey said afterward.

Trevor Kastner was the only one better with 90.5 points on Stockyards Pro Rodeo’s Soy El Fuego.

Kimzey, who is No. 1 in the PRCA World Standings, split fourth in the event and earned more than $4,500.
