Walla Walla Frontier Days: Recap, Highlights and Payouts

BY BRETT NIERENGARTEN @PRORODEOBRETT

The Walla Walla Fair and Frontier Days is the oldest fair in the State of Washington and was the second biggest PRCA rodeo of Labor Day Weekend.

Bareback riding was a tie between Leighton Berry and R.C. Landingham as the two Top 15 cowboys were both 87 points.

Timmy Sparing was exactly 4 seconds on both of his runs to win the steer wrestling by a full second over Bridger Anderson and Landris White in the two-head Average.

In team roping, Erich Rogers/Paden Bray split the title with Kaleb Driggers/Junior Noguiera. Right behind them was Clay Tryan/Jade Corkill.

Dawson Hay was 89.5 points to win the saddle bronc riding as part of a weekend where he placed at four rodeos total.
