When the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum closed its doors temporarily due to the coronavirus outbreak, the marketing team asked one of the only staff still working in the building every day to take over on social media. Head of security Tim Tiller has had the reigns ever since, and the internet can’t get enough of his daily musings.
The man who’s made the National Cowboy Museum famous on Twitter joined us on ProRodeo Tonight to talk about the museum, his approach to Twitter, what he’s learned about hashtags, and even Seth in marketing.
“You know, this is a difficult time for everybody right now,” Tim says, “and if we here at the museum can bring a little happiness to people, that’s a good thing.”
