Tristen Hutchings made the highest marked ride of the night in Dodge City, Kansas aboard Frontier Rodeo’s Jackpot. Hutchings brought home the Xtreme Bulls win with an 88.5-point ride.
“It was really fun, it’s always fun to come out here. This is a legendary rodeo, you hear about it growing up. That’s a really good bull, anytime you get on a Frontier bull it’s really good and it worked out for me today,” he said.
Hutchings summer run has been about staying healthy and that is in part thanks to the bullfighters of ProRodeo. Riding like he does, the Idaho bull rider is looking towards a second National Finals Rodeo qualification as he sits No. 6 in the PRCA World Standings with another $4,600 added to his earnings from Dodge City.
