Tristen Hutchings met up with Big Stone Rodeo Inc’s Dirty Dave to set a bar at the Red Bluff Round-Up that no other bull rider would reach. This 90-point ride would be worth over $7,500 and help him get into the Top 20 in the PRCA World Standings.
“I mean, I was 90 points but it wasn’t one of my prettiest rides. Sometimes you just got to grit it out and keep cutting them off and it was working and I just kept doing it and it ended up working out good,” Hutchings said.
He went from winning in Red Bluff to heading back to Texas for a college rodeo as he continues to reach for the goal of winning his second college title.
