Tristen Hutchings came into his first National Finals Rodeo and made a statement with his electric Round 1 win. A 90.5-point ride on Stockyards Pro Rodeo’s Party Animal got the party started for Hutchings.
“The animal athletes just keep getting stronger and I hope I keep the energy going. I mean, God blessed me out here and I hope everybody else stays safe, I stay safe and we just keep having fun,” Hutchings said.
Hutchings sits No. 4 in the World at his first NFR with this round win adding almost $30,000 to his earnings with nine more rounds to go.
