The Toes Organization is getting young kids involved in the rodeo industry in Cheyenne Wyoming. The kids start working early in the morning and can spend up to 12 hours a day learning the ins and outs of the rodeo industry.
The Toes range from age eight to 18, and once they turn 18 they can join the committee as an adult volunteer.
The Toes have been around since the 1970s and many of the kids in the organization now are children of former volunteers.
