RodeoHouston team roping champions Rhen Richard and Jeremy Buhler were nothing short of excellent on Championship Sunday where the duo made a winning run of 5.5 seconds in the 4-Man Shootout.
The team advanced out of Super Series V and into the Semifinals where they cinched the No. 2 spot with a 5.2-second run to secure their place in the Championship Shootout.
Richard and Buhler’s 5.5-second run took a commanding lead in Final Round as the duo was 4.4 seconds faster than Nelson Wyatt and Justin Davis who followed in second place with a time of 9.9 seconds.
This dynamic duo claims the title of Cowboy Channel’s Timed Event Athletes of the Week as both cowboys now sit No. 1 in the PRCA World Standings after earning a total of $55,750 each at RodeoHouston.
