Dalton Massey is picking up right where he left off after a career year in 2023. Massey earned $4,000 in the bracket play in Fort Worth thanks to two stellar runs.
To open his Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Massey went 3.4 seconds, which remains the fastest time of the rodeo. The run earned him $2,000, but more importantly, set him up to lock in a spot in the Semis with one more solid run.
Massey followed up the 3.4-second run with another win after stopping the clock at 4.5 seconds. The round win brought earnings to $4,000 which easily secured a spot in the next round.
Massey is currently No. 17 in the PRCA World Standings but has a great opportunity ahead of him in Fort Worth with the winner of the rodeo earning over $20,000.
