The PBR has announced the Ouncie Mitchell Memorial Bull Riding Event that will take place on Nov. 19th at the Cowtown Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas.
This event will kick off the 2023 season to honor the late bull rider and keep his memory alive along side the sport he loved so dearly.
All proceeds from the event will go to support his four-year-old daughter, A’nyla Allen.
