Twisted Rodeo’s Ted Harbin was on location at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma, Sunday afternoon for the Cinch Timed Event Championship finals.
Afterward, he caught up with Taylor Santos, who took the 2020 title in his first year competing.
Santos is the ninth Californian to win a CTEC title.
