The Texas High School State Rodeo Finals are on — with the short-go set for this weekend in Abilene, Texas. We recently talked to sophomore Riley Webb about his lead in the finals, his recent run at RFD-TV’s The American, how he got into tie-down roping, and the importance of a good horse.
