In the last two weeks, Riley Webb has gone from outside the Top 20 in the PRCA Tie-Down Roping World Standings to No. 11 in the world. He has also opened up a lead of more than $40,000 as he has made more than double what any other rookie tie-down roper has in 2022.
1. Riley Webb, $65,633
Webb flew up the leaderboard after winning the Reno Rodeo and finishing second at the Greeley Stampede (Colorado) in back-to-back weekends. Those two rodeos earned him more than $25,000 combined. Over Fourth of July, he made just over $8,000 by placing at the Livingston Roundup Rodeo (Montana) and Oakley Independence Day Rodeo (Utah).
2. Trevor Hale, $25,750
Hale placed in rounds at the World’s Oldest Rodeo (Arizona), Eugene Pro Rodeo (Oregon) and Livingston Roundup over the Fourth of July. Before that, he finished second in the Average at the West of The Pecos (Texas) which concluded on June 25.
3. Kase Bacque, $23,247
Over the Fourth of July, Bacque won Mandan Rodeo Days (North Dakota) with a time of 8.5 seconds. It was seventh time of 8.5 seconds or faster of 2022 and first Go-Round win of the season.
4. Tom Crouse, $21,951
Crouse made the Short Round in Greeley and finished fourth in total money at the event by making more than $6,000. Crouse has five runs of 8.5 seconds or faster this season.
5. Cash Hooper, $13,820
Hooper won checks at five different rodeos in June.
