18-year-old Kreece Thompson wins three titles at USTRC National Finals

It has been a good week for 18-year-old header Kreece Thompson out of Munday, Texas at the Cinch USTRC National Finals in Fort Worth.

In the 14.5 National Championship, he teamed up with Jeff Hilton, who was also one of the cattle contractors at the event. The pair were 27.61 seconds on four head to split the $42,000 prize.

In the Yeti Junior Open, Thompson roped with Kaden Profili and the team put together an aggregate time of 27.79 on four head to earn $14,500 total.

Finally, he roped with his brother Tyson to split the 16.5 championship with Bobby Jo Hill/Joseph Harrison. That win earned both teams more than $25,000 apiece.
