Clayton Sellars rode Stockyards ProRodeo’s Soy El Fuego for 91 points in the final round of the San Angelo Xtreme Bulls to claim the event title.
“I’ve seen that bull around the last year or two....He bucks really hard but he looks really fun,” Sellars said after making the only qualified ride in the final round.
In the first round, he went 89.5 points on Rafter H Rodeo Livestock’s Shagga to be only half a point behind Laramie Mosley, who went 90 on Pete Carr Pro Rodeo’s Royal Reel.
Sellars’ win moves him to No. 8 in the PRCA World Standings.
