Wade Black is a World Champion colt starter.
With 1417 points, he defeated Ken McNabb and Craig Cameron in the 2021 Road to the Horse competition at Cowtown Coliseum in Fort Worth. The win earned him $75,000.
He joined Amy Wilson to discuss why he picked horse No. 7, how nothing went as smooth as he would’ve liked on Days 1 and 2, what his experience was like as the Wild Card Champion in 2019 and the camaraderie among the competitors.
