On the Rodeo Road with Boudreaux Campbell, Maverick Potter and Jared Sheehan

As the summer rodeo season is finally getting started, the roughstock riders are piling into rigs and hitting the rodeo road together.

We recently caught up with Boudreaux Campbell and his two rookie traveling partners Maverick Potter, who is currently 4th in the PRCA Rookie standings, and Jared Sheehan, who just picked up his PRCA permit.

Having made three trips to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Campbell has taken Potter and Sheehan under his wing as the two rookies try to find their way to the bright yellow bucking chutes in Thomas & Mack.

“I’m just trying to show them the work and show them how it goes. I mean, they know the bull riding part about it, but just entering and traveling, I’m trying to help them out as much as I can with that,” said Campbell.

“Boudreaux is really smart. He’s been doing this a lot. It’s really good to have him in the rig,” said Sheehan.

Watch the video above to hear what they guys have to say about each other, what it’s like traveling together, and more!
