A First Look Inside JJ Hampton’s New Custom Home

17X world champion breakaway roper and Texas realty mogul JJ Hampton has designed her dream home in Stephenville, and she and the family have finally moved in!

JJ, her husband, Ricky Prince, and their son, Kason, recently gave us a tour of the custom build to point out some of their favorite personal touches — including the upstairs game room with 3 TVs, the back patio where the family hangs out when done roping, and JJ’s walk-in closet with purple carpets and a purple chandelier.

A saddle wall in the living room showcases some of JJ’s favorites — and has spots left open for Kason, who has now taken up roping. The living room leads into the dining room and kitchen, where the family spends a lot of time together prepping and sharing meals.

JJ’s favorite feature, and she says the reason for building the home, is her custom walk-in closet.

Kason’s favorite room, on the other hand, is the upstairs game room.

Off the main house are the trailer port, feed room, and indoor and outdoor stalls.

Coming in from the garage, the back entryway features inspirational photos of Kason and his uncle Marty roping, while the utility room is fashioned with a retro fridge and custom turquoise drying racks.

The family loves to entertain and often closes out their days relaxing on the back patio around the fire pit.
