Stetson Wright Impresses in Bull Riding Return

Stetson Wright Placed Second after Going 4-4 at the National Western

The long-awaited return of Stetson Wright did not disappoint. Wright, who had been out over a year due to injury, made his Bull Riding return at the National Western.

Stetson’s first ride back was an 89-point ride in the opening round of his bracket. It would also be the highest-marked ride of Round 1 in Denver. After covering his second bull, Wright was headed to the Semis.

In Semifinal 2, Wright took home the round win with an 88.5-point ride and it was his third bull in a row he made the horn on.

In the Finals, Wright was 88 points to place second behind Wacey Schalla’s 90-point ride.

Wright is heading south to for the Texas Swing and looks ready to put on a full-court press for his 2025 season.
