Stetson Wright Dominated San Antonio Semifinals

Andrews Rodeo’s I’m A Savage had been unridden until he met his match with Stetson Wright. Wright’s night started off right with a win in the saddle bronc riding and he carried that momentum into the bull riding and it paid off.

“It started with the bronc riding tonight, it just got me pumped up and anytime you draw a Sammy Andrews bull you can best bet on winning. I knew coming here that I had a big chance of doing it and I’m just glad I did my job,” Wright said.

It was clear the Sammy Andrews was happy with the performance, Wright got a pat on the back and a smile from the stock contractor mid interview.

Wright added $5,000 to his San Antonio earnings bringing his total to $11,000. We will see him again along with Sage Kimzey, J.R. Stratford, Cole Fischer and Creek Young competing for the 2022 San Antonio Bull Riding Champion title.
