For Cervi, it was always just about doing what she loved and getting to compete on some of the most legendary barrel horses.
Lockhart describes her 2022 season as a fairytale as she made her 16th trip to the National Finals Rodeo and surpassed the $3 million mark in earnings while doing so.
With a long list of accolades next to both cowgirls’ names, the one thing they have in common is never knowing when they were passing those mile markers or going down in history. They were just in it for barrel racing.
