San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo: Wednesday Night Daysheet, Performance 9

Performance 9 in Foster Communications Coliseum will have us one step closer to crowning champions.

With only a total of 10 performances before the Finals in San Angelo, Performance 9 means we are so close to champions being determined the season’s final Texas Swing Rodeo.

The Top 12 are getting narrowed down and those in this performance are sure to move the leaderboards.

Tonight’s action begins at 8:30 PM ET on The Cowboy Channel and Cowboy Channel+.

BAREBACK RIDING

Canadian bareback rider Ty Taypotat has matched up with Pickett Pro Rodeo’s Freckled Frog, a horse that will help you put big scores on the board if you can keep up. Clayton Biglow rode for 86 points in San Antonio while Strawbs Jones was 87 just two weeks ago in Waxahachie.

It is a loaded night in the steer wrestling. Tyler Pearson won the San Angelo Cinch Chute-Out in 2021, but a San Angelo title has evaded the 2017 World Champion. He is chasing an 8.4 to take over the lead in the Average.
