San Angelo Rodeo’s Josh Hilton Shares What San Angelo Brings to the Table and More

Josh Hilton is the Rodeo Manager at the San Angelo Rodeo. If you ask him, San Angelo is a rodeo town and this rodeo is carrying on a 91 year tradition.

After a tornado came through in the 1950’s that wiped out the outdoor arena where it used to be held, the city of San Angelo built the Foster Communications Coliseum and it has been the home of the San Angelo Rodeo every since.

For three weekends starting at the end of March through the middle of April, San Angelo has a carnival, midway, shopping, the stock show and all the rodeo action including the PRCA Rodeo, Xtreme Bulls and the Cinch Chute-Out.

With the likes of Boyd Polhamus, Justin Rumford, Dan James and stock contractor Pete Carr, the San Angelo Rodeo is set to bring the best of the best and that is something that Hilton and many others at San Angelo are proud of.

The rodeo action starts March 31 at 8:00 PM ET on the Cowboy Channel.
