Sam Goings has made his trip to Rodeo Austin count. He tied for seventh in the first round with a 4.2 and last night, he took the lead in the Playoffs with a 3.7 second run.
“It felt good, I knew I was out because I heard some guys hollering, but I always want to look back just in case,” he said.
With Rodeo Austin being a Top 10 rodeo in the PRCA, Goings goal is to keep making good runs and he is moving on to the next round.
Following Goings is Laramie Warren, Eli Lord, Sterling Walton, Timmy Sparing and Cade Goodman to round out the top six placings in the Second Round of Rodeo Austin.
