Wyatt Casper will miss the remainder of the 2022 regular season after injuring his hamstring at the Mountain Valley Stampede in Heber City, Utah on Aug. 5.
Casper, who was in the Top 5 at the time of the injury, hopes to be back for his third consecutive National Finals Rodeo.
“I look forward to rehabbing and coming back strong in December,” he said.
Casper has banked just over $123,000 this season, which should be more than enough to punch his ticket to Vegas. Casper has finished in the Top 10 each of the last two years.
