With a rank lineup of horses, Wednesday night featured more than the average number of buck offs at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, but among those who were able to last 8 seconds and win some of the money was Nevada cowboy Joe Harper.
Harper scored 82 points on Cervi Pro Rodeo’s Greeley Hat Works Two Cookies for the $5,000 first place check, moving to the top spot on the leaderboard with the highest amount in total earnings going into the second and final Semifinals performance for Group 2.
