16-year-old Riley Webb is making a name for himself at The American semi-finals.
Webb stopped the clock at 7.79 seconds in Friday’s second performance, which was quicker than any other cowboy.
Webb’s family was in the crowd to see the promising young cowboy take over the top spot.
“It is great, just to have them in my corner and go everywhere with them. Some people are on their own and to be able to have mom and dad and grandparents behind you is awesome,” Webb told The Cowboy Channel.
When asked if there is any added pressure and nerves, Webb said, “Yes and no, but all you can do is your job and if it don’t turn out the right way and you don’t make it back, you just don’t make it back.”
