Randee Prindle and Red Man Jones break their own arena record

This past weekend Randee Prindle and Red Man Jones (Scooby) broke the arena record at Reflection Arena Event Center in Festus, MO during the Mousiouri Classic open barrel race. The old arena record was set over a year ago - by Randee and Scooby.

Randee wrote in a post on Facebook:

“Scooby boy has pulled it together this weekend so far with beating his arena record he set at Reflections Arena over a year ago on Friday night. It was a 14.131 and he did a 13.981. Then tonight won the slot race and with that time won the open race as well with over 400 runners. He might do some wild and crazy things somedays but he sure knows how to make putting up with that easier ????”

Randee and Scooby have only entered two ProRodeo’s in 2020 so far, but their performance at both events proves they can run at the professional level. They were fourth in the average at San Angelo, and are coming off a successful performance at RFD-TV’s THE AMERICAN Rodeo, having won the Semi-Finals round and over $20,000. The team also competed at an open barrel race in Flickerwood, TN prior to the Missouri Classic, where they won on both Friday and Saturday, and placed 4th on Sunday.

Red Man Jones is out of the Dinkys Red Man Mare, Dinkys Purple Rain, who will be offered for sale as a broodmare prospect at the Jud Little Ranch Dispersal in June.
