While RodeoHouston’s cash prize has helped the new RodeoHouston Champion go straight to the top, the shuffling within the entire Top 20 has included a few veterans and rising starts.

No. 1 Dakota Eldridge, $59,057

In the final Super Series of RodeoHouston, Eldridge picked up just one round win and placed in another to advance. His 4.6 in the Semifinals would sneak him into the Finals where he would be 4.6 again before an 8.1-second run in the Championship Shootout would take it all. The $50,000 sent him straight to No. 1 and in a game where ever penny counts, Eldridge placed at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show and Rodeo for another $1,800.

No. 4 Stetson Jorgensen, $44,987

A second-place finish in the Average at the La Fiesta De Los Vaqueros in Arizona meant Jorgensen pulled into Houston with momentum rolling. Between that and consistencty, Jorgensen advanced to the Semifinals with $3,500 earned. A 4.0 would get him the Semifinals win and he would breakout in the Championship Shootout to still finish second.

No. 8 Walt Arnold, $34,502

Arnold’s performance in Super Series 3 would send him into the Semifinals with $7,000 already to his name. It came thanks to two second-place finish and a Round 3 win. He bounded back in the Wildcard Round with a 5.1 after being one hole short of moving on from the Semifinals. He left Houston with $12,500 added to his earnings and it didn’t stop there. He found the pay window in Mercedes, Texas with a third-place finish worth $2,700 to cap it off.

No. 15 Cash Robb, $21,513

Robb earned just enough to move up two spots and into the Top 15 thanks to RodeoHouston. His Super Series was good to him has he was the No. 1 steer wrestler to move on from his set. A 4.4-second run in Round 3 pushed him to the top. After breaking out in the Semifinals, he found himself with a second-place finish in the Wildcard that was worth $2,000 itself.
