PRCA Seeing Increased Participation Across the Board

Rodeo entries are up 13.23 percent overall

Everything is up for the Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association, whether it’s entries or money paid out.

Overall, there has been $16.7 million added to 2024 PRCA rodeos through June of 2024, compared to about $15 million in 2023.

Additionally, every event has seen an increase in entries with five events seeing an increase of at least 10 percent.

Steer roping is up 20 percent, team roping is up 18, bull riding is up 17, saddle bronc riding is up 15, bareback riding is up 10 and tie-down and steer wrestling are both up 9 percent.
