The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association is one step closer to declaring its 2021 award winners as the Top 5 in each category have been announced.
Voting is open for all PRCA members from Oct. 25-31 and the winners will be announced at the PRCA Awards Banquet at the South Point Hotel on Dec. 1.
