Paige Jones and Bazinga Hustle to Land on the Leader Board at Greeley Stampede

Paige Jones laid down a run at the Greeley Stampede in yesterday’s performance. She stopped the clock at 16.73 seconds when she was the last out.

“That horse, he runs really close to each barrel, especially the first, and so I like to scoot him over ever time even if it’s a really short run to the first and he handled it really well,” she said.

Jones ran at the Reno Short Go the night before and did not know if she was going to make Greeley’s afternoon performance time. She ended up choosing to run Bazinga, her back up horse, and it paid off for the No. 22 barrel racer in the World.

“Bazinga has really done his job and stepped up all year and we’re sitting really good and I hope we just go make another run and make the short go,” Jones said.

The Greeley Stampede is a part of 100 Rodeos in 100 Days and will continue be live on the Cowboy Channel and on PRCA on the Cowboy Channel Plus.
