Oklahoma’s Richest Roping Coming to the Lazy E

Chris Neal of Chris Neal Productions (the man behind the Rising Star ropings) and American Hat Company President Keith Mundee joined Western Sports Roundup to talk about the new event that they are bringing to the Lazy one E Arena in October — Oklahoma’s Richest.

The event kicking off with a breakaway roping and all girls tie-down roping on October 16, followed up by 2 more days of match ropings and celebrity matchups.

The first matchup pits No. 1 tie-down roper Shad Mayfield against reigning World Champion Haven Meged. The second is still undecided. World Champion breakaway roper Jackie Crawford will go up against a fan favorite on Sunday, meaning you can help choose her competition. To vote, click here.
