President of the WPRA Jimmie Munroe, Vice President Heidi Schmidt and Julie Herman, director of the Wilderness Circuit, have collaborated with the Sevier County Travel Council to secure added funding for various events, including qualifiers for the Calgary Stampede.
With registration open until April 5 for the Western Region Team qualifier which takes place April 11-14, barrel racing and breakaway roping competitors have a chance to showcase their talents and potentially advance to larger stages.
