Nelson Wyatt and Tyler Worley’s success in Colorado Springs ended in the championship coming their way. After winning or placing in every go-round, they put together the fastest run of the rodeo in the four-man round at 4.4 seconds to win it all.
“Man, what a blessing. I’ve had the best year I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t really have words for it,” Wyatt said.
As for Worley, the win was a little sweeter knowing that his wife and baby were there to see it and knowing that part of their winnings is a ranger, a solution to his broken down four wheeler.
Wyatt has moved to No. 1 in the PRCA World Standings while Worley now sits No. 7 on the heeling side after their success at the NFR Open.
