National Western Stock Show and Rodeo: Bracket Four

Denver Bracket 4.jpg

Bracket Four has rolled around and we are almost half way through the pools of the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo.

It is the battle of young guns in the bareback riding in this pool. Last year’s top rookies are now veterans, Waylon Bourgeois and Rocker Steiner are sure to always put on a show. Steiner is the reigning champion of the National Western and all eyes will be waiting to see if he does it again.

We will see another new pair in the team roping. This time, multi-time National Finals Rodeo qualifiers Brenton Hall and Paden Bray have teamed up while a familiar team we will see out is Luke Brown and Hunter Koch. Brown and Koch were right outside the Top 15 in 2022 and a win from Denver would give them a spike in motivation going into the winter run.

Bracket Four brings us loaded roster in the barrel racing as well. Kylee Scribner was a force to reckoned with in 2021 while Carlee Otero and Andrea Busby consistently stop the clock to end up in the money. But you can never count out Sarah Waguespack and Shali Lord. This pool will be a tight race.
